Called to Kállos Retreat: Day 1

Holy Spirit Necklace - Telos Art

Welcome to day one of the retreat

Welcome, welcome!

My name is Jessica, and I’m so excited to be leading you along on our new Called to Kallos Retreat. We chose the term Kallos, because it compliments our company name and our ultimate mission. Kallos in the Greek is understood as a blending of the physical appearance and the virtues of the soul.

HOW DOES THE RETREAT WORK?

You’ll receive one email from me each day with the worksheet for the day. It contains reflections for both the morning and evening.

  • Print or read the reflections.
  • Save the lock screen to your phone.
  • Set a reminder to come back to complete the Examen in the evening.

The morning reflection will take about 5 minutes. We’ll begin with a short prayer, a brief passage from Scripture, and a reflection.

Download your handout (and lockscreen reminder!) now to put this into practice today, and make sure you return to it tonight to complete the nightly True, Good, and Beauty Examen.

We pray this retreat offers you opportunities to both grow in virtue and give us all eyes to see the beauty and goodness of the Lord in all things!

Until tomorrow,

Jessica Connolly
