RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Whenever possible, save the original packaging and re-use it for returns.

Unless damaged in transit, only unused/unworn items in their Original Condition may be considered for exchange or return. Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached.

Securely pack and seal items with either the invoice or order number included.

Ship in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves.
Exchanges must be approved within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please send us an email to discuss prior to returning your item. Our exchange fee is $10** to cover the cost of shipping each way. We can send you a return label and a tracking number for the new item.
Returns are accepted** within 14 days of receipt of goods. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless item is defective.
Please contact us with your original order number and the return tracking number so we may track the item. Refunds may take 2-5 business days to process from date of arrival.
**Precious metals and clothing returns and exchanges may incur a restock fee of 30%. Please email us to discuss return and exchange options.
CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Custom Orders cannot be returned unless the item is defective.
