Tarnishing is not a defect, it is a chemical reaction. Sterling Silver and bronze tarnish naturally, especially when exposed to humidity or from not being worn regularly. Since everyone’s skin chemistry is unique, we cannot guarantee that our jewelry will not tarnish over time. Solid metals can usually be polished back to its original state. We have polishing cloths available for purchase.

We cannot issue credit for or replace tarnished merchandise that has been purchased and/or worn. If a customer would like to send the item back to us, we will clean the item (excluding chains) for them, one-time only.

For items tarnished when worn, Customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) to Telos Art, at their cost. Once the item(s) has been cleaned, Telos Art will ship it back via USPS Mail at our cost.
