The 16kt gold-plated sterling silver medal is die-struck, hand-polished, and engraved by skilled artisans in the USA. The front features the Blessed Mother with rays flowing from her hands as she crushes the serpent beneath her feet—a powerful symbol of Mary’s intercession and triumph over evil.
