I've worn this necklace every day for the past two years. I wear it in the shower and to swim and it's only now showing some visible signs of tarnishing. I imagine that if you would take it off to shower it would stay in perfect condition for much longer than two years. The chain and pendant have never discolored my skin or anything like that either. I came back to this site to order the pink version next. I would absolutely recommend this necklace to anybody that loves a nice piece of dainty jewelry. the white version is beautiful and works nicely with every outfit and for any occasion.
