This beautiful, radiant Miraculous medal features both polished and satin sterling silver. The Starburst Filigree Miraculous Medal cradles a translucent blue cold enamel core, suspended from an 18" or 20" chain.

The blue enameled oval medal features a raised and engraved image of Mary in the center, surrounded by the words, "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee." The back includes the traditional Miraculous medal engravings.
